The Kensington Regeneration Board established five committees to oversee the detailed work of the partnership.
The committees are responsible for approving and commissioning projects, establishing project working groups and delivering the agreed results for their programme areas.

• Community and Quality of Life
• Development, Housing, Environment and Neighbourhood Services
• Operations
• Communications
Oversees projects that aim to get local residents into jobs, raise skill levels in adults and improve the levels of educational attainment in children and young people in Kensington’s primary and secondary schools.
Oversees projects that aim to reduce crime in the area, improve the health of local residents and support the work of local community groups and voluntary organisations. It is also responsible for initiatives with black and racial minority communities.
Oversees projects that aim to improve the physical fabric of the Kensington area including the major new housing developments and environmental improvements in the five neighbourhoods. It is also responsible for neighbourhood management projects.
Co-ordinates the development of Board strategies, policies and plans - including the annual Delivery Plan - and makes management budget and staffing decisions.
Responsible for the communications policy and practice and for co-ordinating the way Kensington Regeneration gets its message across to key stakeholders in the area.
