The Kensington Regeneration programme is co-ordinated by a Partnership Board. Board members direct the overall policy of the partnership and have an overview of all the projects and activities funded by the NDC grant.
The Partnership Board includes residents from all five local neighbourhoods – Kensington Fields, Holt Road, Edge Hill, Holly Road and Fairfield. It also includes representatives from public-sector bodies operating in Kensington such as Liverpool City Council, Merseyside Police and Liverpool Primary Care Trust. Local businesses, the community and voluntary sector and black and minority ethnic communities are also represented on the Board.
The day-to-day implementation and management of NDC projects and activities is in the hands of members of the executive team who work with representatives of the partner organisations involved.
